is it a choice to become insane?
there are instances where you get so overwhelmed of so many problems in life and you just feel like giving up your mind coz its too much already to carry...

When you are in that situation my friend, stop what you are doing and say a prayer.
Talk to God about your problem, as if He is your biological father and ask for his help.
That way, you will be enlightened.
