My late neighbour's house is left uncared

My late neighbour was a millionaire. She bought the big house on the hill not far from where we live. I heard she was a very successful contractor and owned many properties. The previous owner of the big house was heading towards bankruptcy, so he looked for someone very rich, someone who could buy his house and pay him cash. I also heard the previous owner was admitted to the hospital for months after they moved out. Then the new owner after living there for only 2 years died due to cervix cancer. It was probably at a late stage because soon after her diagnosis, she died. After she died, the house was left uncared, the lawn unattended and nearby residents have started calling it the 'haunted house'. A lot of people in my neighbourhood said that the big house is built on a land that is considered 'unclean'. They say many spirits are roaming there and disturb the owner and family members living there. Some even said the land used to be a cemetery for the native people a long long time ago. So now, it is there on the hill, left vacated and I wonder who the real owner is now. What you think mylotters? Do you know how to clean a haunted house?

I don't have any idea how to clean a haunted house, but I know it can be cleaned. If the owner doesn't have any relatives or never left any last will, after many years that it is left unattended and no one comes to claim, the government or municipality can claim the property. It will become a public property. Maybe your municipality is just waiting for the grace period until such time someone claim or present any documents. Then, the public auctioned may start.

Yes, I suppose you are right. The government will claim it if no next-of-kin of my late neighbour claims the property. Too bad. I am sure it just needs to be exorcised and if a new owner lives there, he or she needs to 'tell' the bad spirits that the house doesn't belong to them anymore. But eeewww easier said than done!

That is quite a story. Too bad no one is buying the house. Sounds like a nice house. I would guess that you clean a haunted house just like you clean a normal house. Perhaps the house needs to be demolished. Anyways, the rumors are flying and the gossip is spreading. Just sounds like fiction more than facts about that big house.

hi micha if someone were to buy the house I suppose they could have a priest clean away any evil spirits or it will revert to the government and be auctioned off . then the buyer can decide if its haunted and need to be exorcised b y a priest,I have no other way of doing as I know nothing about spirits evil or otherwise.
