Does Webanswer allow members who are without google adsense account?

Webanswer is a site where as a member you need to answer questions asked by others. Your answer will be displayed on the screen along with the question. When a viewer clicks on the question, it will open up along with all the answers to it. If the answer provided by you is clicked on, it will be displayed on the screen supported by ads from google adsense. The number of viewers and their dealings with the ads displayed on the screen will determine the amount of money earned by you. But it needs a google adsense account for the purpose. Your earnings will be accrued to that account. But what will happen to those who have no google adsense account or whose google adsense account has been disabled by google? I am asking this question as my google adsense account has been disabled by google.
