Anyone have a good homemade pizza crust recipe that is easy?

I would use this method if I were to make pizza this way (my pizzas are more like a calzone or a topped bread because I prefer them like that): http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/Forming-Pizza-Crust/Detail.aspx There is really no short cut to making a good pizza. You must have a very hot oven and it is best to have a stone because that will cook the base by contact heat while the topping cooks by air heat. All purpose flour works at a pinch but it is much better to use the strongest bread flour you can. Flattening or thinning a bread dough is not like rolling pastry. The gluten makes the dough elastic so it has to be stretched rather than rolled.
