Yesterday my friend from Australia shared a picture on Facebook from www.ruokday.com depicting what went on that day in Bondi Beach, he lives near that area. Click on the pic. 
It was pretty interesting to see that a group of people can gather together for this kind of initiative and send out the message to the country and to the world that someone or a group of people are willing to help you be OK in whatever trials you carry. It's comforting to know that they had put out a message out there to mean that no man is an island and we all have each other to count on.

I agree. Sometimes, all it takes for us is someone to ask or show a tiny bit of concern and that will instantly lift our spirits. As humans, we are social creatures, and sometimes we just need to be assured that we are not invisible to get back in track.
