Investment In Educational Institution

I just want to seek for another ideas about joining to the board members in an educational institution. I wanted to invest and I have been given a door to invest in such school. I believe that education is a lifetime good soil where I can make my savings grow far more than I do when I save it only in banks. My question is: what should be the steps to take and what documents should I get from the school administration for me to used as a basis of my decision to invest with their school venture or not. I know most of the mylotters are businessminded so I always trust your ideas here. Please share me your thoughts that I maybe guided. Thanks.

The first thing you must think about is the integrity of the school- how long has it been operating? who are the existing members of the board? how many students are currently enrolled? has there any increase with the number of students yearly? what is the school"s standard? These are just some of the things you might want to know about before getting your money invested on any school.

Thanks Jenny! Well, the school owners are trusted but they had somewhat incurred some financial problems. That makes me difficult to decide even if I do believe that school is a lone term business and educational institution is worth investing from. Anyway, I have not yet made up my mind.
