I took out a 25 year mortgage in 2010. I had an discount amount of money to pay each month for the first two years. Then they sent me a letter saying that two year rate had come to an end so for me to choose another product. It said if I wished to stay with that mortgage company they would give me 300 pounds. It also said if I applied on-line I could get another 100 pounds. Today they sent me a check for 400 pounds. I have changed the length of my mortgage to 10 years. I wish to pay off the mortgage before my kids are grown up. Then I can spend my money on my disabled son's future.
Have you ever been happy you stayed with the same supplier or company?
Are you getting on well paying your mortgage if you have one?
Did you ever get money for staying with a supplier or company?

The mortgage company that I am in right now, which is my third, is a good one. The very first one was also a good one. I needed some money for un unexpected trip in 2007 which forced me to go to a different one. It was really bad. Aside from having really high payments, I also had a very interest rate.
I was able to jump into my third mortgage company in 2010, and it has been great. My payments have been more manageable.
