Getting rid of big tummy

I am in search as to how to get rid of big tummy. My friend asked me as to how? I have few advises but wanted to know more. Hope you can share me how.

The only way that you're going to be able to do that is if you lose weight from the whole of your body, as you're not able to spot reduce the fat. To do this, you need to be reducing the amount that you're eating each day, and increasing the amount of exercise that you're choosing to do. A good way to do this is by making a list of everything that you're eating in an average week, and then you should be able to see where your weak points are, and where you could make some improvements which would mean that you should lose the weight that you're aiming to. Walking is one of the best things that you can do to be able to get some exercise, and this means that you could do it from the comfort of your own home without having to step outside. If you have the motivation to succeed, losing weight can be very easy, it's just about grabbing hold of that motivation and taking steps to improve your own life.

That´s exactly what my brother said to me about my own belly fat. I need a slim down some pounds, but mostly I need to have the belly fat out. It seems that our beloved computer doesn´t help much. A bit of diet and some exercise on a daily basis is what we need.

I got rid of my big tummy by running on the treadmill 30 minutes a day and eating fiber-rich foods as well as drinking lots of water. However, it is not for everyone because some people have to make sure they're okay with this workout. It's best to ask a physician first what kind of exercises or diet you can do before doing any of our suggestions.

Hi ranilo70, Same here. I heard some advices to walk, run, cycling and swimming. But these things has to be done on a regular basis. It is tough but it really works esp swimming. I got results. But the main important factor is diet which correlates with your nature of work. Intaking much fruits will never make big belly. Avoiding acid foods and areated drinks will also work for a normal belly. Hope this helps someways. Waiting for somemore advices on this discussions with fingers crossed. Have a nice day. Cheers.

One article said that if we sit or stand or walk with our stomach in or right posture it will help to get rid belly fats. So after working out we can still continue to reduce fats in our stomach.

Swimming is the good thing to do to get rid of big tummy I suppose...Trying to eat just vegetables for dinner to limit calories intake might help too

Base on experience, the answer is a 3 letter word "RUN", try to run with a buddy or try running alone. Try running for an hour a day for about a month and you will definitely see results. Do this with a regular diet and you will feel great and have a small tummy. I just lost 8 lbs in a month :D

Walking, drink a lot of water and watch your calorie intake. The weight will come off then but you have to stick with it.
