Who plays guitar better, Michael Angelo Batio or Steve Vai?

For me, they were both good in but in different way. Michael Angelo plays really fast, and he can play with riffs with his right and left hand at the same time using a two-necked guitar. While Steve Vai is good in making sounds and in playing sentimental sounds. That's my opinion, what about yours?
