I've been sick for two weeks. Everybody in the office advised me to be admitted in the hospital because, as they said, I was already pail. I expected that just being on sick leave and rest, and took the medicines religiously would make me well in a short time, but until now already reporting in the office, still not feeling well. I should have listen to the advise of my office mates. I have colds with dry cough associated with body malaise which I thought could just disappear. I just can't stand staying in a four wall room lying down, tied up with your IV doing nothing, waiting from your doctor when to be discharged. Well, that's life.

What exactly is your illness? Maybe the doctor could give you more advise but not necesarily admit you to the hospital if you dread it so much. You can take a book or a magazine to the hospital or some needle work if you like that.

You should see a doctor. Your doctor will tell you whether you need to be hospitalized or simply require medication and rest at home. Your health may drop because you're too focused on your work and do not pay attention to eating and adequate rest. Hope you feel better now.

I would suggest you immediately meet a doctor. Many have this tradition of eating tablets without proper diagnosis. i think you should take proper medications. Otherwise it can lead to a lot of complications, so better consult your doctor today itself.

You should go and have yourself check before everything will be too late. Your health is your only wealth that would allow you to keep going.

I know the feeling but to think that it's been already 2 weeks it's no joke. Get to the nearest hospital please. Please prioritize your health as it will be more difficult if your sickness will get severe

Yeah, if you are sick, then your health comes first. Don't try to do things that are going to affect your health to the point that you can't do anything at all. You need to take care of yourself when you can, and when you have the chance to do so.

If you are sick then you should rest and give your self a time to undergo healing. Go and see a doctor for the proper diagnose of your sickness. It could be Pneumonia and that could kill if not treated early so don't take that cough and cold for granted for you might just regret doing so. If you can't stand staying in a hospital bed you might just end up staying there longer than you ever imagine all because you did not give yourself the chance to get immediate healing.

Oh. you are lucky because you can have a sick leave in your office. Here at work, I can't take any leave. Even if are sick, we still go at work. I'm glad that we only experience having cold, cough or sore thoat. Nothing more seious. It's better for you to take the advice of your officemates. It's not good to abuse yourself. Health is very important for us. You should take care of yourself. THanks for sharing. Get well soon. Happy mylotting.

So you have already taken a leave and rested but until now you aren't well yet. Maybe you have to see another doctor for further consultation. Because if you have been already hospitalized , then by now you should have been well already. Health is wealth my friend. So, better consult a doctor again, so you can really be up and fine again.

well, when you are sick better you should stay at home, take medicine, take rest to make your body is covered soon, if not you take a long time being in sickness, it is not good at all.... If i were in your shoes, i would take 2-3 days off to make body covered, if not i may have to take a week or longer than that to be ok back...
