Are you a morning person? Then I have good news for you. You're more productive, efficient and healthier than people who spurn the early morning, conferring to a new study. The study looked into more than 500 grownups with all kinds of different sleep patterns. The results showed that if you get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, your wellbeing and attitude on life can develop. So, are you a morning person or a night hawk?

I turn in early to be able to wake up very early. By doing this, I face the whole day with high spirit. Night hawks stay up the whole night and sleep during the day. Most night hawks have pale faces.

I am an owl my friend
I admit, my sleeping time haven't changed after resigning from my previous grave yard shift.
It's hard to adjust and I am used to it..:xxx
