Complimentary Ticket For The Second Mylot Conference For Members Approval

To make the event more even exciting, I made a complimentary ticket. This will serve as the members pass upon entering the venue of the event. This complimentary ticket should be presented to the group of people who will be listing your name in the attendance sheet. You don't have to give it to them, you just have to show it. This will be one of your souvenirs when you attend the conference this coming October. This is not the final output. This is just a draft and I would really appreciate if I can still get some suggestions to make the ticket more presentable and fabulous. Suggestions are not only open for the attendees but for all the members who will be reading this post. I'm looking forward for everybody's cooperation.

hey syd, howdy!
perhaps the attendees would more likely give a better feedback on the complimentary ticket as you plan to make it part of the souvenir. i agree on neil, since it's gonna be a souvenir of some sorts, you need to add the venue to the design. even the venue's photo can make it more personalized. if you can't put that yet because it's not confirmed... then perhaps, you need to confirm it first along with confirming the number of attendees. important details (people attending, venue and agreed schedule) can be a come-on too when preparing for an event. when that's ironed out, you can make the supporting details as more fab as you want.

yeah... i'm partially inactive but you are even more so. hehe
i actually don't like to commit if all i have is a date to go on. normally, events or schedules in my end are booked months ahead unless it's a casual meet-up. and even that sometimes get cancelled or re-scheduled on the day itself once an emergency or a more important activity materialize itself and becomes a priority.
location plays an important detail for me coz i'm coming from outside of metro manila. so i like to plan ahead and work on my timetable coz there's a lot to consider.
as of writing, how many are attending by the way?

It is so sad to hear that all members from the first conference are not sure if they can come or not. Jaiho and catch is already booked when I told them that the event would be the end of the month. that is why i moved it second week of october. as of this moment, 7 members confirmed that they are coming excluding the three of you. i am really looking forward on your presence on this day. I hope we will no longer change the date, I think one month planning and preparing is already enough to cover this event. Yes, the event can probably be held here in Manila. Don't worry, I will keep everyone updated.

I think tea will really help me you know the colds and flu are still on me but I hope I will be fine on Weds so see you Goddess perhaps the other Goddess will join too

i agree with what was written before to make the complimentary ticket more personalized by adding pictures of the perhaps the place where the get together will be held or even placing a couple of pictures from the previous mylot get together. either way, what matters is the effort and time you've out on making this draft. i'm sure with all the nice suggestions that everyone else gave, you'll come up with a great-looking complimentary ticket for the second mylot philippines conference.

I'll try to file all your suggestions and come up with a beautful and presentable complimentary tickets. I am really excited on the event. I think that you've done a really good job with the ticket that you've prepared for the event. Oh my goodness, I really wish that you were closer to my part of the world and your conferences would be something that I would be able to attend.
I would love to have the opportunity to meet other mylot members in person. I only know of one other mylotter that lives in the same city that I live in and I've never met her in person and she is going to be moving out of state soon.

Do not let the time pass that you would not meet her. It is really nice to meet other mylot members. The first time that we've done it was during the first conference. We are actually strangers to one another. There is a little pressure since we do not know each other. There is a policeman, a busy businesswoman, a call center agent, a junkshop owner, etc. Isn't exciting? How i wish that you can join us? if you want you can join us on our video conference so you can talk to other attendees through skype?

My suggestion is that it should be "To Be Announced" and not "To Be Announce". Other than that, I think you should finalize the venue as earlier as possible so that members who are far from the metro can at least prepare for it while it's still early.

I appreciate your suggestion. the only reason why i put those beautiful ladies is because mylot is not only for Filipinos but worldwide. the rest of the design and logos are already for Filipinos,so won't look like that I am bias.i can probably change that two ladies with the location but i can't put it right now until we've made the final location. This is still being discussed by the attendees.

thats a cute ticket^^ i guess its already good what you did. im happy that you make conferences sometimes but maybe you could do it more often. so people in mylot could be like a little family in reality. i mean those that live near sure^^ anyway even im not available to go once we live in different countries i wish a lot of people go^^ and that true friendships can be made^^

I appreciate that you like the design that I made.how i wish that you can also be part of this event. if i am only a rich person, i will invite everyone and join us here in the Philippines,unfortunately I am just in class C in our society that needs to work hard for a living.
