Alternative to adsense advertisements

Hello mylotters! It is not easy to keep an adsense account. Google's rules and regulations for publishers of adsense are very strict. I read somewhere that even when an adsense publisher is careful about not having any unreasonable number of clicks, they still got their adsense account banned. This happens mainly to publishers who are earning big money from adsense, up to 5 digits. Google usually does not entertain any appeals. So imagine you have $50k in your adsense and google just close it without giving you any opportunities to defend yourself. I had my account banned by google when I joined traffic exchange (my mistake I didn't read the R & R). I had about more than $5 at the time it banned my adsense account. So, I was not so sad and anywhere I made the mistake. But I am not so keen on getting back my adsense publisher account. Can you mylotters tell me of other alternative reliable advertisement companies that offer services, more or less like adsense account?
