...Married actresses..

I have seen that many actresses after getting married take a long break from the film industry in order to start a family. When they make a comeback, directors no more show their interest in casting them in their films. But the scenario is completely different in case of married actors who still romance younger heroines in a movie. Why such step motherly attitude against the married actresses? I do not think in any sense their talent changes after marriage.
What are your thoughts regarding this? Please do share your thoughts!

Well yes, this is simply unacceptable. Many directors and actors feel that married actresses cannot perform the way they used to perform before their marriage. i mean this is completely absurd. Talent is talent and it no way changes throughout the entire life. if actors can act in a movie after their marriage then actresses also can do it with ease. They can even outperform them.

Well yes there are a lot of examples in Hollywood where married actresses are working and getting as much work as the unmarried ladies. Talent has no expiry date and no retirement age. It goes on and on and it just gets better with age. So they can work at any age given the dearth of talent they have. Our Bollywood really needs to grow up and this is the reason y we are not able to catch Hollywood and are copying it from all angles. Good to see that many married actresses are making their comeback in Bollywood this year.
