One of the headline in our country this week, Taxes...

Munas NU (NU national meeting) make some important decision.. one of them is about taxes.. what is the function tax for our country?? And what is our duty as people in this country..?? Tax is one of our duty for our country...for country like Indonesia, taxes are mandatory and not paying taxes is mean criminal offenses even in our country many of our citizens don`t pay taxes.. The taxes are not always used for prividing a public goods and service...It make NU, one of the islamic organization in Indonesia makes taxes as one of their issues in their national meeting.. The national meeting suggest the government improve the use of taxes and reduce many corruption of taxes officer...Gayus Tambunan is one of the taxes officer which make corruption... NU recommended if until next year, the government didn`t improve the tax uses, maybe NU will make recommendation to their follower, it`s not their duty for paying taxes anymore... what do you think about it?? share your opinion about taxes in our country

i disagree with the recommendation of NU for taxes duty.. i know there are many dissapointment about taxes.. we still remmeber how the taxes officer like gayus corrupt much money.. The law is still in proccess..even maybe the punishment for gayus isn`t suitable with public expectations.. But taxes is still important i think... I do hope the government will improve the transparency of taxes management so it can satisfy many people about the useful of taxes for this country and maybe government will gives hard punishment for any taxes officer when they make corruption..The people are tired with the taxes officer like Gayus tambunan

well.. I think NU recommendation is the voice of someone indonesian.. They are really mad and angry because their money is only paying the irresponsible people like Gayus..

At this moment i agree with NU point of view... Today paying taxes were like trusting candy to a child... we will never see it again, we don't know where all our money gone and some elite enjoy their trip to another country doing shopping with our taxes. First government must prove to their citizen that tax money was spent for the people, after they can prove it, then it's time for the rest of us to pay taxes, but until then, it would be better if regular citizen don't pay taxes.

but Minister of finance hopes that the citizens still pay the taxes. Minister said that he promises to reduce many corruption in taxes department.. are you sure he can do it??

If someone wants our money, they will say anything to get the money... I didn't say that the minister is lying or anything, but corruption has been a culture in our country, so it won't be that easy to change that culture. I believe that our current president and minister of finance were good people, but it doesn't mean that people who are working for them are all suddenly become good.

i see surfer.. Mr Agus is good minister.. i ever see his frustrated when he must meet against the bad habit of DPR member in the important meeting and discussing about the budget planning... We are sad when many bad people live in our sytems..They earn from the systems..They are really like our parasite in our systems..
