You have two options you can rent referrals or wait for the amount reach $10 assuming that you can cash out at $10. If you can follow a strategy I would advice to rent referrals.

I will cash it out and invest it in other sites and will be double in a few days rather buy nonsense referrals they are bots.

I will cash it out all? As soon as I reach the minimum payment, I'll just simply request for cashout. In my opinion, investing in Neobux is a bad idea. You'll hardly get some profits..

i'd say invest it back into neobux if you have a good strategy to make money on there, your referals will expire and you have to pay 2 cents per referal if they do. Id advise you use the money to extend them at the discount prices where you will have a better pforit margin and do some mini jobs to boost earnings, good luck.

Well it is great to hear that you have reached your target and u seem quite excited about this. i hope u reach many more targets and enjoy with that money. Well with that amount, i would have waited to accumulate some more money in my account and then would have used that money for shopping and doing other things that i have delayed of late. If is so great to spend the money that u have earned very hard. What say?
