Hiya myLotters and friends! "MLM or Multi Level Marketing is a SCAM and I don't want it." This is the start of the story of someone I read from a blog. I will continue with his/her story. It's actually written in Filipino language, so please bear with my translation. "That's how I look at networking. And like the others, I say alot of bad things about Network Marketing Business..." "Why do I have to join networking? I already have a stable job. But I noticed the big difference between being an employee and a networker. I am not against employment. My parents send me to school (ATENEO) for being employers. I was able to send my brother to school (ATENEO) with my salary as an employee. I am happy that I am in a corporate world. But how long will I be an employee?" "Is it not possible for me to manage my own time? Is it not possible that I manage people and not that I only follow orders by my boss? And is it not possible that I manage my own business and not the business of other people?" "I don't say you believe in everything I said, you have your own mind and you know what is right and what is wrong. But if you really want to be successful, first you should do is to change your MINDSET." ref: http://asensoclub.blogspot.com/p/mlm-story.html ~~~ NEILâ„¢ ~~~ 20120918 1020H

I really don't understand this. The title and the summary are somewhat contradict. And as you said before, there's no such read on the source for me. It's on the language I don't know.

i am trying to point out in this discussion, that not all networking business is a scam. you said my title and the summary contradict? actually, that's somehow my way of catching your interest to, at least read the discussion, even without responding. to continue, the author of the story or blog, is a regular employee. meaning, he has a stable job. and he's happy that he is in a corporate world. but how long will he be an employee? he's not against employment. but he noticed the difference of being an employee and a networker. if we really want to be successful, we have to change our mindset.

Hi neil! I was not able to read a part that would support the title and the first statement. I'm totally lost. He he. Need to set time to read the entire story some other time. Well, anyway I think we just have to be careful.

I joined many MLM business (offline) but I failed due to greed upline that recruited me. They are good an first but in the end are greedy and never help their peers to earn as much as they earn. I really have a trauma in such kind of business. Because of an upline that is greed. Those people are really greedy...I support our team by lending money to our team member so that they may able to get into the team by paying such huge membership. At first they are good but when all my downline earn enough. Those people that I trust so much did not pay me back and even the earnings that for me they get it... I found out that they all transfer my earnings into their account. I didn't try yet about online mlm. This maybe much risking because it's hard to know if the company is good or not? It is also hard to invest if you don't know anyone from the site...

I already visited the site because I always encounter it in a traffic exchange that I surfed. I don't know if that mlm is good because I see into it. This is a single proprietorship and still working with business permit. It's product is different from other products that being used by any mlm company in the philippines. But you know it's hard to sell those products because of the absence of internet marketing tools and support. There is no clear marketing plan as I watch the video. It's really cheap on the membership but need an assurance that small amount we invest is in good terms.
