How effective is craiglist in your advertising?

I knew just recently that craiglist is one of the most popular free advertising sites online, but I don't know how effective it is in our advertising campaign. Does anyone have good results using craiglist and how do you use it effectively? Can they also be effectively used by people from other countries like Asian countries, for example? What are some of the secrets in making good in these types of advertising?
