                    I like fruit yogurt a lot too, I also like to give my baby yougurt for part of the lunch.

                    I may eat yoghourt at any time of the day, sometimes in the morning as part of my breakfast, sometimes in the evening before going to bed when I feel hungry. I usually put some some nuts into my yoghourt. Take care.

                    I prefer Yogurt either in breakfast or in lunch. Lunchtime is the best to have yougurt. It is so healthy and tasty.

                    I eat fruit yoghurt during the day as a snack or when I'm with my family and we're watching tv in the evening together we all get a yoghurt for ourselves and eat it while watching tv. Although, it is advised not to eat fruit or sweet things like fruit yoghurt after 6pm because it's full of fructose from the fruit and they also add sugar to it.  I know how to make yoghurt and it is really simple to make that. After finished and i added some fruits on that. No matter a healthy food but also tasteful.There is of course not strictly time to eat this,just feel it relax and to enjoy.
