maybe instead of trying to release your tension by eating..you should try do something that will make you tired..for some example..sports..or simple push ups..because when exercise this will rest your brain making you to think clearly afterwards..furthermore it will benefits your health instead eating junk food, right?? if sports doesn't work..try to socialize..talk to anyone..tell them your problems..or maybe tell to your parents.. I hope this helps

Well dear you surely will regret it for the rest of your life if you don't stop that habit. Why do you have to indulge in unhealthy food when you know they are are bad and won't do you any good? All because you are angry? Would you penalize your body by ingesting all bad food? Surely there will be pay day and by that time you will have the biggest regret of your life. So how can you stop that bad habit? It is all up to you. Practice self control and only you can do that for your own good, not anyone else.

A lot of people struggle with eating foods that aren't great for their health, so this is something that you really don't need to be worried about. The thing that you need to do is to make sure that you're never left bored. A lot of people find that they only eat when they are bored rather than because they are actually hungry. So if you do things to keep yourself occupied at all times then you will find that not only are you not eating junk food, but you're also not sitting still for the whole of the day so this means that you would be burning more calories as well.

You are my exact opposite. If I am stressed or disappointed or upset with something, I skip eating. I do not have the urge to eat anything. You should learn to eat healthy. if you want to be munching all the time, try munching on carrots or celery instead or other fruits instead of taking in fatty, greasy food which will really make a toll on your health.

try to find activities that can shift your focus from food. For example: exercise or doing your hobby

Eating out to get rid of your anger is a very interesting approach but may not be that harmful as you think. You can go for a workout instead of regretting or compensate other meals with salad/ fruits.Never regret on what is already consumed...

That is called emotional eating and you're right, it's not good for your health. Find other means to cope with your anger or other emotions, like exercising or something. Or, if you can't do that, switch to healthier food alternatives like fruits and nuts.
