The commodities in every country fluctuates, in terms of demand and supply. In analysis, high demand will proportionately increases the supply and vis-a-vis. But if there is a high demand, the supply remains stagnant secondary to scarcity. Then, the commodities will increment in its price value. The significant of this, the diet regimen will become natural. How? If the cost of food is too high and out of the budget, then that would be the best way to lose weight.

I think the best way to reach your ideal weight is by having balance diet balance SELF. Sleep, Exercise, Liesure and Food. Although there are lot of temptations around, discipline is one of the best armor against such tempting activities.

Youare right, as the satying goes; prevention is better than cure. Although there are lot of temptations out there, you really need to be disciplined when having such diet. Like mine, I want to loose weight but I can't since I love to cook which makes me eat a lot. hehehe

The best way to lose weight is to eat foods that calories are slower to burn( fiber rich and nutrient dense) and boost metabolism(lean proteins and omega rich foods). You'll find that you need smaller ammounts and the weight will shed.

It is very easy to know how much weight you should be losing by working out your body mass index (BMI) and that should be able to tell you just how much weight you would have to lose to be able to be a healthy weight for your body. I have just had to lose almost half of my bodyweight and this has meant that I am actually relatively knowledgable about these things because it is just something that I have had to learn about. I have lost eight stones and know that I am healthy now. I can walk for miles without getting out of breath, and I feel as though this is a good way to be able to tell whether you're fit enough to cope with things in your day to day life or not.

Of course, you could always buy seed and plant your own vegetable garden.

I will agree that eliminating processed sugars and reducing carbs might be a good idea, but it is not healthy or practical to stop eating all sugars and carbs. Naturally occurring sugars, like in fruits and vegetables, are healthy for you. In addition, your body needs complex sugars, also known as carbohydrates, to boost metabolism and work properly. Of course, the amount of carbs that the average person consumes might be more than they need, which is why cutting back on them ... in fact portion control as a whole ... is a good idea.

I am actually a firm believer of the fact that the amount of exercise that you are able to get is more important than the foods that you eat. In other words, when I am trying to lose weight, I do try to moderate my diet so that I am not eating things that are not good for me in excess. However, I am a person that also concentrates most of my efforts in adding more and different kinds of exercise to my life. It has always worked wonders for me.

I have had a weight problem most of my life. Losing weight over the years I have been able to do but keeping it off has been a struggle I have not learned to do yet. I had lost 10 lbs but most of it has come back! It doesn't help I am an emotional eater! I don't know what my ideal weight would be for me. I do know food is exspensive. Luckily I am able to eat at work for free! Lunch and dinner! I try to eat healthy but working in a kitchen does have its set backs! It is to easy to over eat if you want to!So I need to work on getting back on the wagon! Someday I will get this right!

Actually, the complete opposite tends to happen - foods that are healthy and good for you increase in price while the foods that are processed and not as healthy are more affordable in comparison. People choose to eat what they can afford, which tends to be the unhealthy foods, and they in turn tend to gain weight and become less healthy. Of course, this is pretty simplistic and there are other factors as well, but supply and demand has absolutely nothing to do with weight loss.

For sure if you can't buy food you sure can't get very fat can't you? I don't have overweight problems, but yes there is a lot of overweight people in this world. Depend always on your food choice. You don't want too much of everything, you don't want to serve yourself twice of the main meal, and desert, if you have enough food to go back that many time, we need more slim people and farmers.

In theory expensive food would mean that you eat less of it. To a point that might be true but in Canada that is not what I observe. Poorer people here are often just as overweight as rich people if not worse. Part of the problem is that quality foods are hard to get if you don't have much money. If you go to a food bank here most of the food they dole out to the poor is highly processed. Some of the the food is outright junk food. It is possible to have a weight problem and still suffer some form of malnutrition.

I do not set my weight in accordance with the price of food that I can pay. If the food price is cheap I can eat a lot but my body weight will not gain if I don't sleep well. My weight is highly dependent on the quality of my sleep

Hello friend
That's indeed a good question. My Mother has gain a lot of weight for many years. She visited her doctor last 3 months and the doctor advice her to have a proper diet, enough sleep, and a good exercise. I think these tips helps my Moms weight. She tried to avoid eating food reach in carbohydrates and sugar.
