I think I should take at least an hour of power nap to gain back the energy.

Good day Fellow Mylotters, I guess, I must need to take a power nap this afternoon to gain back my vigour. Even I have eaten a good breakfast and taken my lunch, still, I can't do my task properly. My eyes really feels sleepy and I can't help it. So I thought of getting around an hour of nap just to remove the sleepy feeling.

I always have a power nap after lunch, if I can't do it, I don't have power to work . I need a nap to energize me for the next hours of work.

hi there sunshinefame, when i was still engaged in my previous company, it is very seldom that i can take a nap. since i was in-charge in doing the work at the reception so i need to take my lunch quickly then go back at my post immediately. as my boss will demand me to be at my area right after i have eaten my lunch.

You are right but if person is waking up early morning then they need nap in afternoon otherwise no need. I take tea for taking energy not nap.

hi, this is usually happen to me especially when i sleep at night so late and i need to wake early in the morning,so when it is my rest day of course i will even an hour in the afternoon to recharge my self again,but when i have work of course i could not.

I never heard that food can take away your sleepy feeling. If you are tired you have to sleep, more as just 1 hour since you need more as that to get into deep sleep and get out of it. If you are disturbed into a deep sleep it won't be positive for your health.

Well it could really help somehow. I used to take an hour nap during break time at work every time I feel sleepy.I could give me some energy to stay alive for few hours of work in the afternoon.

Between taking snacks or a power nap, I would definitely choose a power nap. Not only will I feel recharged, it will also help my eyes rest. My vision isn't 20-20 anymore so I have to be extra caring for them.

that is what i do too. when i am sleepy that is the time i can not accomplish anything unless i get a nap for an hour or atleast 45 minutes. when you are sleepy it makes you slow down. no just the way you move but the way yo think. it is better to work when you are hungry than when you are sleepy. so it is the best way to tale that power nap so you can charge your energy ... then you can be of use already once you wake up from that nap. so go get some ZZZZZ. har har har

Taking a nap revitalizes you within the day, and it is quite helpful especially to regain strength again as it a restful state that gives your body organs a time to rest for it to function. Usually I take a 20- to 30-minute power nap after lunch to keep me functioning well in the afternoon and night.

Actually nap is a power that can rechage you as to remain awake the whole night enough to serve at least hundred posts. Afternoon sleep is unique and rare one lol of which activeness I have tested myself. Get a bouncy sleep toafternoon.
