Is a life without computer possible ? Perhaps not. Right from the word go, it is used in every field of life. In my view, landing on moon by human beings have been made possible only due to computer.

iritsharma: welcome to mylot. It is possible for one to live without computer. a normal person can live without getting to computer for days. In fact my son a computer engineer whenever he comes on holidays -- he will not touch a computer or laptop for two weeks but spend time in being with relatives and watch movies in television. computer is not a must. it is a tool for our living and advancement. if there is no computer--i will spend time reading books, going out for walk, talking to strangers and watch television,

You are right uncle it is possible for those persons who are not interested and feel boring from daily use. It is possible for villagers also because there no net facility and light problem is more. I can also spend time with reading book not necessary using Computer daily.

I have used a computer since I was a kid. And I could not imagine my life without a computer. Generally, I can take breaks from using it like if I go on vacation with my family, but I probably could not adapt to not having one for the rest of my life. While I would not consider myself an addict, but I am dependent on computers for various tasks. Generally, I think computers are too important in our society to be put aside and not be used. With global competition, computers have made the age of information technology very accessible. Without computers, most likely global markets would crash because companies constantly need to make transactions with other companies worldwide. In this digital age, it's about supply and demand; demand continues to rise, which means businesses need to their part of supplying goods to its various consumers.

I certainly agree on your inputs. At this day and age, we are all relying on computers practically everyday. But this over-reliance on computers will someday hit back on us. Simply because of too much information fed on us and made available to us which makes us lazy enough to think on our own. Back in the days when there are no computers, students have to solve assignments and mathematical problems on their own or through research, which helps stimulate their brains into thinking. We should still enjoy life even without computers, even for a while.

I used to live way back before the computer was invented and I'm sure I was also happy during those times. Although computer has been a big help to us, I could say that it it possible to live without it.

This period, I guess we can no longer live without a computer. There are many advantages of having one than disadvantages. I guess when we misuse it, then problems will arise. Computers are reliable. We always use computer everyday. Some may use it once a week or once month. It depends on them when to use it. I guess computers are so necessary. Happy mylotting.

Hi there! To answer your question I would like to remind you or tell you about the story of the ancient times. There were no computers, gadgets, and electronics. People survive by hunting, fishing, and living in caves. So life is possible without computers. But it surely wouldn't be as good as today. Have a nice day!
