I think there's no one to blame about it, friend. It's up to the people to find ways they wanted to happen into their life. We now learned that people is so boring enough into their lives. This is the reason they always want to find something on the net...that makes them happy and ease boredom.
If facebook, earn that lot of money. Mark, is lucky enough because just sitting down there and make money in every minute...

I don't know about the morals and values being drained from people because your morals and values should be set before you turn on a computer or phone, but I think a lot of other information could be found online. Facebook is publicly traded know so the amount of money being pumped into the company should be on public record. I don't know if twitter is a publicly traded company but anything you need to know about it can probably be found online as well.
Now my thoughts about social media in today's world is that is that it can be really great and of course really bad. People are able to reconnect and stay connected to others from across the globe. Advances in sciences, business and arts are being shared in a matter of minutes and not months or days. We can see the change of a whole country occur on our screens. All of these things can be seen as good but then again any one can take tools meant for good and flip them on their heads.

hey thanks a ton for the discussion. Well of course all the truths and the mysteries behind Face book and twitter should be unveiled after all we users have made it popular ever since its inception. I have been through an article where it was written that these social networking sites make huge huge money as each of its users' presence on these sites are worth some dollars and yet we are unknown of these facts. So many things should be made public. It would be great if these things are exposed very soon.
What say?
