Losing weight is a very hard task to do specially when you are a "carnivorous" individual who want meat in your every meal. It will be difficult to shift your diet to a vegetarian way, but you can always substitute fish for your diet in replacement of beef or pork. I love to eat fish, especially grilled salmon belly or tuna belly. What fish dishes you can recommend that can satisfy our palate?

I go by what fish is available than what satisfies my palate. Healthwise sardines are highly recommended as they contribute towards maintaining one's cholesterol levels. I like sea food such as prawns and crabs although they are high in calories they have many health properties. I keep a watch on the market and grab what I like.

Losing weight is another chapter which can be achieved by so many ways, not necessarily by having a vigorous diet. Choose the right food. You need to have a proper mix not just fish. Regular exercise, drinking plenty of water all these approaches can go a long way in maintaining one's weight to the desired level.

grilled salmon belly or tuna belly? that's only the fishes variety you know? that's expensive fish dish. we usually feast on tilapia (st peter's fish), bangus (milkfish), dalagang bukid, and many more. tuna fillets and maya maya are good, too, but they cost bigger than the first varieties i suggested.

I live near the sea so I;m very lucky to have fresh seafoods and fish at a very cheap price all the time. Tuna is my favorite along with shrimp and seaweeds.

Meat is fine as long as it's lean and trimmed of all fat. But to be safe, I go for tuna flakes, milkfish, and tofu as substitute for red meat and as another source of protein.

Salmon belly is truly delicious! I love it too. As for other fish dishes I can recommend, maybe yelow tail and sardines. Those are full of nutrients and mineral from sea. If you aren't allergic then shrimp can be the seafood option too. Squid also nice and tasty to eat.

hi, there are many people who can't live without meat, but for me i will love more to eat veggies and fish because its more nutritious, and aside from that muscular people or those sexy and slim people usually eat fish daily because fish is rich of protein that need of our body, and i think the best fish is the salmon fish.
