Unfavorable Changes

When we reach the place where my mother live I have found out several changes in the place. This place which is also the place I am working permanently, can be reached in one hour through land from our place. We have van and bus as forms of public transportation.
When I leave three months ago to proceed to my temporary place of assignment, the terminal was located just a few blocks from our office. So, it was not a problem for me to go to the terminal whenever I have to go home after office hours. But now, I found out that the terminal was already transferred to another place almost 3 kilometers from the city proper. In other words, the passenger will have to ride a tricycle (a motorcycle with attached sidecar) going to the terminal before we can ride a van or bus as the case maybe. This is additional expenses on our part.
Probably on the succeeding week we will report already to our permanent place and we will be facing additional problem. Well, I have to think of alternative action for this problem.

Sadly, these changes happen and suually when we dont want them to happen. I live in the country so not use to public transit, but we do have a lot of driving in between towns. I guess you just need to change your routine, and make proper arrangements.

That's what I have to do when I got back to my mother station ricki. This is what I don't like with my present job. I don't stay in one place. But on the overall, I really love my job because I am serving the people.

That's a bit inconvenience not to mention the additional fare or extra expenses.
I have this kind of problem several years back.
I visited my auntie who lives in a nearby province and I was surprised that the jeepney station going to their rural area was relocated.
It's my mistake for now asking or sending my auntie a message that I am coming to visit her, but it is because I want to surprise her (but I am the one who was surprised)
I am a little annoyed not because of the extra fare/expenses but because of time consumed/wasted.
They relocated the station kilometers away from the entrance going inside the rural area....too bad.

Hi jaiho! I was also surprised when I've seen the situation. Election time is coming and I have this thought that maybe the head of the city is giving more priority to those tricycle drivers who are actually residents of the city over those owners of buses and vans who are not residents. Well, i don't know actually. But I'm sure this action will bring inconvenience especially that I m planning to go home everyday from my mother station to my home. I think I have to change my plan again.
