Have you try contacting your internet provider? Probably they have internet problems or upgrading their internet connections. Sometimes, when an internet provider is upgrading their system the network sometimes jams and has problems. I suggest, you take a speedtest at speedtest.net first and compare whether your internet connection before and now has the same internet speed. if doesn't have the same speed you might want to contact your internet provider. If not, you either have an outdated flash player try to update your computer tools and try to restart your system (have it scanned,fix some minor problems) Have a great day!
