I mean how do you stored it. Do you have a cash box or any safety box at home. Or do you have a spare money enough to spend for the whole week. How often do you go to bank and save money. Please share your ideas on how to properly manage the money that you earned.

Hi airkulet! Actually, my salary is through ATM so I would only withdraw the amount I needed at a particular time. The rest I would leave it on the bank.

good thing that you have a stable salary that goes through the atm, if I were you I'll apply auto saves to another account that automatically transfer funds to your savings account with a fix amount that way you only live with what have left with you

Well, I also have a separate account in another bank, airkulet. I used to deposit some amount on that account but that was before when my salary is through check but when the time came that our salary was given through ATM I seldom go to that bank anymore because they transferred location. But I still update my account there from time to time. I think you have a good suggestion. I have to try it if I can do it. Thank you.

My money is kept in a bank in different accounts, I use a debit card to make cash withdrawals but usually pay for all purchases except marker produce and things like that using my bank debit card. Blessings

I apologise for not being clear. Market prduce is vegetables and fruits that are sold in an open market and not in a supermarket. We have to pay cash in the open market as the sellers do not have the necessary machines etc.

I save my money in an ISA bank account though I haven't managed to put any new money in it recently as I have been an unemployed MA student and my parents moved away from home so I had to pay for food and such myself. Think this is the best method for storing money however as it gives you decent levels of interest. I have a part time job now so all that money goes into a current account at the bank which I use on a day to day basis. I also do have maybe 3 money boxes though one for larger change one for coppers and one for euros as Northern and Southern Ireland have different currencies and I like to store my spare change. Think this is a good way to gradually build up savings if you have a low in come maybe put in a pound or a dollar a day or whatever you can. Once it gets fool I bring the change to the bank though.

Well I don't have any bank account so far. I do keep my money some at home and other are left in my payroll account. Opening a bank account even one is sometimes crossing in my mind but so far no plan yet.

I also store my money at home and even it was in a safe lock closet I feel like some of my brothers stole money from me.

Oh, my financial discipline is not even to be mentioned... Several times I've tried to put some money aside, just to be sure they will be there, when I need them. Didn't last much... Lately I'm watching very "wisely" on my life, trying to live just for the moment. And all my financial worries disappeared :) You can also try it, just an idea.

If you got enough money, invest it in the stock market. You could also deposit it in the bank if you feel buying stocks is a high risk. The bad way to keep money is keeping it within our piggy banks because it will only keep the money and not let it grow. As for banks, the increase is only little, when you join stock market, that's of course big but you need to know where to put your money too. Good luck!

My advice, please do not keep your money in one place.Better you're keep in two or three places in order to protect some troubles.I usually keep my money in two places.First i prefer go to the bank one a month.Save and protect your money.Second,I keep in my house to prepare for urgent condition. But not to much.Beside that you can keep your money with insurance or investment program. It will take some advantage for future.
