What will you do to save our Environment?

in addition to those you've mentioned, i'd say to help out the environment one has to start with those simplest things. ifever i have a food wrap with me, i won't just throw it away to the streets. i'll tie it in a knot and hold on to it until i see a garbage bin. why tie into a knot, you say? being tied, it takes less space in the bin than if it spread wide (can't compress garbage in the bin ourselves, right?) another advantage of knotted plastic is that it won't stick to the sides of the bin ifever the bin is emptied. plus, it would hardly be blown away should it be out on the pavement. well this is just one solution, there are others too. and no doubt other commenters would state them all.

we plants lots of trees and we recycle. that means segregating the bottles from plastics and biodegradables. it quite tedious but we know it's necessary

pogi Good.. all that you have mentioned are very useful ways to save environment. I try to dump dustbin in its proper place. I use limited quantity of water. I do not hae a car to spoil the environment. I use my scooter sparingly.
