I have seen some of my classmates during elementary days and I had seen that they look older than their age. One of the reason perhaps is because they are a full time housewife and they do all the household chores. Laundry, cooking caring or the children, etc. They don't find time to take care of themselves. So I can say that overworking can make a person look old. The same thing with stress. You know, if we are always problematic, most likely it can be seen on our face. We should also give ourselves time to relax even if we have a lot of things to do.

pressure is the most killer of our youth, our attractiveness. tension on our nerve make our body malfunction, which lead to becoming older.

I guess it'd have to be life. Life makes us grow old faster. You can't "not" have problems everyday. Since the day you were born you already have problems. For one thing, you don't have a name. So that's why I say it's life that gets you older faster than Usain Bolt.

Stress, hard work and life in general will age some people quicker than others. The old saying "We are only as young as we feel." holds true. We can look young and still feel old with aches and pains.

You mean, physically? I don't know, since I've always been told I looked about ten years younger than my real age, lol :P But I agree, stress and depression are two likely reasons, among others. Physically overdoing things is another reason, as well as unhealthy food, drinks, and lack of relaxing activities.
