Once upon a time, I thought I had life pretty good.
Once upon a time, I thought I had it all understood.
But here I go again,
Running circles in my head.
Wondering where it all went wrong.
Wondering why it took so long.
For you to tell me it wasn't real.
For you to tell me it was never real.
You said you loved me,
And I believed it, too.
You said you loved me,
And I said I loved you.
But I didn't lie,
Didn't turn my back on time.
Go back in time,
For just one night,
To hear you say you love me, one more time.

I understand all of it....been there.Has this happened to you? Is that what inspired you to write this? If so I am sorry for your pain.

Thank you very much :) It was just something I wrote about a month ago when me and my fiance were going through some rough times with the army. Writing is just a way for me to make sense of my emotions and to get everything out, whether it really explains my exact situation or not. Everything is all good between us now, though.

No such thing as relationship that is made in heaven , all got some rain , sometimes even a hard rain and to some always a hard rain. But rainbow will come after each rain. Beautiful poem girl..
