loud honking horns is not a help at all but will just startle your system!

i really have a complain about this vulgar honking horns made by vehicles as it ramped on the street fastly. gosh, how can this one be of help in reminding people who are walking in the aisle at the street side that this mobile will gonna pass in our front of at our side. this one would be the cause of accident, probably as one might get startled when the drivers started to honk their horns. some of the drivers were players too for they will love to be an audience of the nervous people as they already heard the loud noise they caused. i really hate that thing for in my case, how many times i got shocked down to my bones that really gave shivers to my flesh, really! that is not an exaggerated statement for it really happened to me and i do not know in your case, if you feel the same way too. well, they can honk but could they minimize the sounds they aired for really that is a nuisance and a disturbance . for all we know, honking means a reminder that we must stay at right places or in our foot not to be bumped with these cars but not to the extent startled and scared us for that. gee... how many of us were victims of that and how many of us in here, love to startle people passers on the streets. gosh, pay attention please
