Still Does
It very true for the quote above to telling us to stop or forget the person we are love. You wouldn't going to stop or forget in your mind someone if your heart still loving to someone, no matter how hard you do.

I have been in this situation several times during my life. Three of the times really messed my head up because I couldn't seem to understand why I still loved this person when they were so clearly wrong for me. But now I am in a relationship and I have realised the lusting after somebody is even worse than loving them, because there is nothing rational about it at all. I have lusted after three people and only loved one person properly, and that is my current partner. But I wasted far too much time on people who I really didn't like, and this meant that I wasted time that I could have been using for something else during my childhood.
