I am same like you. I am not native English Speaker. But I like your idea to learn English from Movie. I always watch action movie that I like and never use subtitles. I think you can do my strategy like that, you can activate subtitles if you really not understand what they speaking at that movie. I believe you can reach your good level in you English

watching movie and reading books find something you would like to watch listen carefully and focus one things is good if you have dictionary also so when theres a word that you cant understand while watching mark it then look at the meaning after you finished watching.
