I think a lot...Really...a lot..
That usually I can't express exactly how I feel.
If I explain myself, for me its really complicated...
There are times that explaining myself is like a tree, I will start from the roots, to the trunk, to the branches, to the leaves, to the flowers, to the fruits, until I already dont know what I want to express.
Sometimes I know what I want, until Im torned, until I dont know already what I want.
Does this really happen??

That is part of growing up, maturing and understanding our selves. I think everyone goes through that stage. We weren't all born to be eloquent about our selves, our thoughts, our feelings. I know how you feel - you know all these things in your mind and then when you speak them out, it all gets confused on you. But, you know what? As in everything, practice is perfect. So don't ever give up on trying to understand and explaining your self. This is really important especially as you take on more and more responsibilities at work, even at home. The key to good relationships with people is communication, good, and understandable communication. How could the people you have relationships with understand you if you don't even understand your self? So, just practice on it. Focus on the things in your mind and one day you might just be able to understand and be understood.

I was like that, too, from my teens up to my 20's. And it took me years before I got over it. Sometimes, even up to now, I get sensitive, but I am more rational now. Like I said, it takes practice and you're still young, so you can still do something about it. Being sensitive has both negative and positive sides. Being sensitive about your feelings is more on negative, because sometimes you get hurt a lot even by things that don't really matter to other people. The positive sensitivity is when you channel that to other people. What do I mean? Be sensitive to other people's feelings. It makes you more understanding of other people and makes your relationships with them better. I know that you can make a good thing out of this. The fact that you see it as not a good habit is a good start. As they say, the very first thing to changing your self is admission. It think you mentioned that to me in one of your discussions. When you admit to your self something, then you know you need to do something about it.

Yes it happens and more as you think. Most people will experience this. Their whole life, once in while or every few years. Most people don't know who they are, what they want, what the meaning of (their) life is. It will take time to find out. Also... the more you think the more you have to deal with this "problem". It's not said for no reason that those who are less educated/think less/simple people have an easy/easier life.

Since you are already aware that at times you're not making any sense, I guess its time for you to be more conscious on what's on your mind. Clear your thoughts & then focus on the idea so you can express yourself clearly and people will understand you more.
