Sometimes in our life were experiencing troubles, misunderstanding, problems and trials and sometimes we do not have any body to count on , but crying will help us to lessen the burden in our heart. Have you tried to go to a quite place to think and to cry? It does really help you?

i am taking care of my 82 year old mom and i have no one to tell all my problems to. every time i feel like crying i just go to my room or to the bathroom to have a good cry but i can't make any sniffing sound cause i don't like my mom to notice that 'm crying.

There is nothing quite here but in my room, I just go and cried in my pillows. It really helps a lot to loosen the burden.

I did. It was the very year when my best friend left for her own country. I miss her so much and often rode to a quiet mountain lake for the trace of ours. It helps when you miss someone you respect and love so much. Enjoy yourself, Bhebelen.

In life we really need some space, there are times that we have to be alone in order to think deeper and know deeper of our inner self. Crying alone? of course I did that, does it help? certainly it helps. There was a time that I was deeply wounded, wounded that I can't stand up - all I have to do is to cry out loud and I did that, I went to a quite place cried. After a few minutes the burden was gone. The pain was healed.

when we separated with my wife(temporarily) i just can't but cry in front of my mother, the emotion seem to be overwhelming that i did not have the time to go to a quite place to cry, it's just happened, and i pour my souls into it.

Hi there, I know when I was going through the chemo I often needed to cry and a lot of time I didn't even know why I was crying so I often did it in the confines of my bedroom..it worked for me...
