I made my own dishwasher and laundry detergent to save $

Kemak, i never tried making my own dishwasher and laundry detergent. In fact, i have no ideas as how to make them. But, i always do shopping at a discount stores, where i can buy cheaper products in bulk and used them in my household. I do cooking at home and eating out less. That saves quite a lot of my money in the long run. By the way, is it difficult to make our own dishwasher and laundry detergent?

I am also trying different ways to save money. I think it is a good idea to make one's own laundry and dishwasher detergent.

I tried making dish soap once but it didn't turn out very well! I've made cleaning supplies out of orange peels. I find that shopping at dollar stores for cleaning,dish soap,laundry soap and such saves a lot of money too. I try and save more money on food though, like making my own pancake mix and cooking from scratch.

Wow, good for you! I didn't know that you can also actually make your own laundry detergent. I have heard about the dishwasher detergent before but I haven't tried it. I do save on it by buying in bulk and I am not ashamed to use the coupons that I have found for it. But I think it would sure be a lot nicer if I don't have to pay for it, like you do.
