Do you get along with your parents?

There are times I don't know how to get along with my parents. We don't get into any "knock down - dragout" fights, but there are times when I don't know what to say. There are time subjects there are somewhat taboo, mostly with my mom. This is especially with the subject of religion. I just don't know what to do. When it comes to those kinds of subjects, I find myself talking to my aunt, my mom's sister. While she's in the same religion, she's a little more open-minded on things. I can talk to her about things.
