Why is my Bukisa offline?

I just signed up on Bukisa, and I want to publish articles. When I click Start My First Entry, it says Bukisa is offline for a moment. What's wrong? Can someone tell me the truth? How can I submit my article? Many thanks for your answer.

i ever become bukisa member but now i didn`t continue it the complicated systems.. maybe you should ask the admin or search in bukisa forum, what`s going on with bukisa..
