How do you convince a relative or friend to (1)make out a paypal account in his country and (2)also make his bank account available for transferring paypal funds when you cannot make it out for your country since paypal does not accept accounts for your country and you want the relative or friend to transfer funds to you from his bank account to your country bank account after the paypal transfer? how do you convince someone this is not a fraudulent request but a necessary request for online work? help please!
