Victor said that to Billy as he was heading for the door just before the news conference. So I wonder if that is good or bad for Billy. Was Victor, in effect, issuing a warning to Billy or was he thinking that even though Billy didn't tell anyone about him being in LA, he was trying to help with Victor's situation in LA. It was probably a warning knowing Victor and given the look that Victor gave in Victoria's direction after his last remarks at the news conference.

It can go both ways...Victor can be nice (yeah, well...we'll see about that!) and realize that Billly was trying to help him and those two become "Friends" and stop fighting over Victoria and "let it go" as I for one and know there are many... as so tired of Victor's hate of Billy especially after what Victor did to Billy and Victoria.
Or it could be that Victor is just being nice at the moment and then when things calm down and everything goes back to normal...he uses it to try..again...to get Billy to leave Victoria or as black mail for something else.

I think it was a warning, it was almost like Victor was saying, "Oh, and Billy, I see you
."
I want Victoria and Billy to stay together, but realistically how can Victoria not be super-p-ssed when she finds out that Billy knew where Victor was, but didn't tell her. Billy looked deep into her eyes for days, watching Victoria stress out, but yet did nothing to alleviate that stress (instead continued to perpetuate it) no matter what the reason. Bottom line, he could have told her.
Victoria looked gorgeous at the press conference.
