"She is admitted to the hospital"
"She has been admitted and is on Ward 3 in the hospital"
"Admission" implies a motion, so you use "to" with it.

Sometimes you might also use "into" or "onto" with it.
"He was admitted into the school's science program. He is now in the science program."
"She was admitted onto the board of governors. She is now on the board of governors." (a 'board of governors' is so called after the table around which the meetings take place. It is conventional, therefore, to say that someone is 'on the board', although they really sit round the table or at the table!)
"The doors were locked but she rang the bell and was admitted into the hospital." ("into" is used here to indicate the action of going in to a building.)
