It has been four months ago when i have my gall bladder removal operation, and i remember, it only took a month and everything got back to normal... because of the herbal juice im drinking that consist of pure vegetables...just want to share with you mylotters the benefits of Moringa Oliefera (Malunggay),which detoxifies and help boost our immune system too, also a good source woman's milk for lactating mom,and believe it is used as an tropical treatment for minor infections or anti biotic and it can rebuild weak bones and can also be efective against cancer, anemia, constipation, high blood or diabetes and as a proof in Japan they called it "the miracle tree" because it can heal more than 300 sicknesses... Vegetables played a very special part in our life specially in our body and health, also we must try to convince our kids to have a normal diet with veggies to avoid illnesses.

I agree, vegetables are essential to the body. And, malunggay is really a power veggie. Though, for me, I prefer eating them in their natural form. I love malunggay on soups. I love vegetables and have a good serving of them daily. I hope you've already recovered from your surgery!

There are two types of veggies: organic and unorganic. Make sure you get the organic ones. The unorganic ones contain pesticides and other additives that are dangerous for health. The organic veggies usually cost you more but completely safe.

You sounded like my wife, lol! There is no day in our meals without veggies, it's a must in our menu. Kids are really not into it, but wife has ways to do some mixing, especially the malunggay in soups. There is also a bakery in here which sells malunggay pandesal, and my kids love it!

You are right, some of us did'nt find it pleasant in their taste, but if we are more conscious about our health we should be particular in foods that we are eating, specially nowadays...still veggies are the best.

I love veggies, but I don`t know whether we have that particular vegetable in our country. I plant some veggies to have organic veggies to eat raw. I hope to have plenty of tomatoes and sweet pepper this coming Summer. I have chard (kale) the whole year as we have mild Winters. I will plant green beans and zuchinni also, but I will not say anything until they come out. Some veggies are eaten by birds. Still, there are plenty of unexpensive veggies at the farmer`s market. Last week I bought fava beans · kilos for around $2), potatoes, green beans, artichokes, bunch onions (mine are too small yet) and zuchinni. My daughters are grown up and all my grandchildren like veggies. Two of them are vegetarian.

That is true. I've been hearing so much about malunggay and have even attended exhibit which features products from malunggay. They have malunggay bread, malunggay pandesal and my favorite malunggay ice cream. I actually have not seen malunggay ice cream in the market. I bought prawns the other day and put coconut milk and some malunggay leaves to it.

Well, to be honest, I must say that my eating habits is not entirely correct. Not so much in the meals, where  thinks my mother to get everything ready, but because of too many off-tasting meal (such as snacks, pastries, cakes, ice cream, etc.). Beyond this, I find that I actually need to eat more vegetables. Beginning to point out that I am animalist, so with the consumption of meat Im not agree, but unfortunately I have to say that I eat a steak more willingly, rather than a good salad giant. I have to change my orientation food, I also denounce even a few pounds of overweight!

What is your age by the way? Because my sister got her gall blader removed when she was only like 16 if I'm not mistaken all I can recall is that she was in highschool or maybe she was 14 that time I dont clearly remember. But then it comes from eating fatty foods that has too much cooking oil in it. Another friend of mine who was only 21 years old got his gall bladder removed as well because of eating too much sisig. Be careful with what you eat now my friend.
