anyone know about twittad ?

i often look at someone timeline in my twitter and i see that in their timeline there is ads posted there.. then i google that and found the application, "twittad" but somehow when i want to sign up it keeps ask me to authorize my twitter.. i already do it several time repeat again and again.. i also have done the form but nothing happen .. is it just because my internet connection speed is low, or because i live in indonesia ..? i don't know..

okay i will wait for your reply.. i don't understand it at all.. i have register to it and whenever i enter my password it will ask for the same (my password) don't know why..

if iam not wrong, it is third party... the site which connect the twitter and the member of twitter
