A great way to start he day

Last night a friend sent my a Ytube showing an elderly woman poking fun at being elderly. I read this first thing this morning and was laughing until I cried. What a great way to start a day. We just forget to laugh and we need reminders often. Blessings

Laughter is better than a jar of vitamins! But I refuse to be called "elderly". I mean, my body is not in the best shape, I must admit. But I still love to live, look at the flowers caressing them with my eyes and can talk with another woman about how atractive this man is (nowadays we only talk about movie starts though). The English language has some problems. I would like to say that I´m 67 years young instead of saying that I´m 67 years old. What do you think?

Laughter is great for you. I heard that a person should laugh a lot,its good for your health.I need more of that for me.

All too often, I find that when I wake up in the morning it takes me a long time before I am actually able to feel functional. The reason for this is because of the pain that I've been having with my back. However, I do find that on those mornings when I've gotten a fun email from one of my friends and I see that first thing in the morning I am in a much better mood than I would have been without having read the email that gave me a good early morning laugh. I'm glad that you found something that you could laugh about.

It's a good thing to watch at least 3 to 5 a day. To laugh can make us change all the oxygen inside us wich is great. Laughter can chase the ghosts away.

Laughter is good to kick start our day. Many people have forgotten how to laugh as too much stress have turned them with sulky faces. They meed to go for laughing therapy so they can laugh at the slightest jokes.

Yoga also says that we should start a day with the laughter to be cheered whole the day. I think laughing is good. Nowadays when I go for jogging I saw various laughter clubs are meeting in parks for just to laugh.
