As you already see the Hollywood film 2012, the world end at the end of 2012, tsunami; earthquake; all sort of natural disaster will destroy the planet Earth. Some rumors said it that prediction was originated from the Mayan writings. But from experts recent explanation, the Mayan people from many centuries ago, didn't actually predict the world will end in 2012. They just trying to said, certain natural disasters will happen in a certain cycle, like 20 to 50 years. So, to most of believers out there, our world won't end within this year yet. So you can sleep better hopefully.

It is a pity that people are more willing to listen to those things than to try to help our planet by stop littering it and pollution it in every possible way. The amount of trees that are cut, the gadgets that are replaced every day for new ones are making our planet unlivable.
