Aquascape my dream project

I've been to aquarium world since I was in high school. Just last 2010 I've learned about planted tank or aquascape on the Internet. I Google it and found a website which caters many Filipino aquarium enthusiast. It is PALHS. When I turned the page on I found this thread "Hardin sa Tubig" (Water Garden). To my excitement I read the discussions and it is really beautiful. It's amazing how this tank made into a water garden with of course water plants in it and underwater dwellers.
For now I have never done this because of the lack of supplies in my area. My area has LFS but the only available is fishes and aquarium supplies, no planted tank. Its really frustrating, and nw I'm watching on the YouTube about various planted tank set up.
Hmmmm... how i wish someday I could build my dream project here at home.

Well, what I have learned over the yrs. is nothing is ever impossible, especially when it comes to something you want to see happen as if in a Dream. Most of the time, if you continue to concentrate and pursue on this, it is something that can and will happen in time. This does sound quite interesting.

I was just like you before I started the hobby. I am a Filipino member of mypahls and after reading posts inspired by beauty and art of the hobby, I finally started my own simple and low tech aquascape shrimp dwellers and so far very satisfied with the result. It makes me do what I love and appreaciate nature more than ever. I hope you start your own aquascape soon.
