House provide shelter, protection and safety but some where maybe a room might be the most dangerous....which do you think? I think its the bathroom...where we clean ourselves...due to slips and falls. You?

I think the most dangerous place in the house is the kitchen. There are all those knives and other sharp objects....there is hot water splattering...and you can just as easily slip in the kitchen as you can in the bathroom. Things are bound to be spilt on the floor in the kitchen, and not everyone will know (and not everyone will clean up after themselves). Almost every day there is water on the floor in the kitchen.

Oh! And I've burned myself on the oven a couple times. I got a burn on the top of my arm, it was a triangle, and I had it for a long long time! Ovens are not my friends....haha!

For me, it would have to be the kitchen. We have knives there, oven, stove and all the other electrical appliances that can start fire or can get you electricuted if not used properly.

I think kitchen is the most dangerous place because if not pay attention while burning the gas or making food worse even may be happened. But I think every room or place is dangerous in home because thieves may be came on any place, we can slips on any place because of tiles.

I don't think most accidents happen in the bathroom. I think more in the kitchen followed by the stairs. As my eldest was still living with us she nearly fall each morning downstairs.. kind of clumsy I think, quess she is still doing that at her own home now.

I would say the most dangerous place in the home are the kitchen and the garage because..I would say kitchen and garage because there is always the potential things would fall over your head or on your feet if you're not careful..Also, the possibility of carbon monoxide emission...

i say the kitchen because you have a cooker in there with hot oven saucepans and frying pan as they can scould themselves if no one is watching the children when i am in the kitchen i have to be careful as i have four children and they all like to watch me cook

I think it would either be the kitchen or the bathroom. I know many accidents occur in the kitchen also. You can get severe burns from the stove and/or oven or accidentally cut yourself when preparing a meal (peeling/chopping/dicing) vegetables, etc. I think that one is a toss up!

Well here in Florida we have to have a safe room due to hurricanes. We go to this room during hurricanes and this room would actually be the laundry room. All walls are interior walls none are exterior walls and there is no windows in this room so this is our safe room at my parents house and since my boyfriends parents hosue have the same house its the same room as well. Now we also have a hallway that has all interior walls but there is a walkway so you see the sliding glass doors, SO in florida we must all have a safe room to go to.

I think that the kitchen is worse for danger, as there is the cooker that you can get burnt on all the cooking and boiling water that we use to cook and worse still if you were to spill the water and then slip. Saying that the hall way has made me fall over the most and hurt myself, as it is glossy laminant.
