How to claim payment from PTC BOX?

I have reached the minimum payout at PTC BOX. So it is now high time for claiming payment from the site. But I do not know how to claim it from the site. In some other PTC sites, I have observed an option of ‘Request Pay out’ on the opening page. But there is nothing so in it. So let me know how I can claim payment from the site.

At the moment it is impossible to cash out there, they have Paypal issues.They had Paypal problems with their older site Matrixmails, but it was solved.I can't believe this happened again.I know that many users have bought upgrades recently and it's really a mess.

As far as I know, the problem of matrixmails with Paypal wasn't solved. They lost their paypal account.
This one seems to be a routine review, but everyone has panicked. If we just wait I hope it will come back to normal.

due to their paypal issue,they are not paying anymore,and if it is not solved(chances are very low) as per their message on their display mode,they will be gone

Just recently their paypal account was limited and payment was stopped from other payment processors also. Check out the forum for the latest on the issue.

I am afraid it is rather difficult as their paypal has been limited for 6 months and they don't have enough funds in payza (former alertpay). This being said, I suggest you consider other sites, and forget this one for a while, (another 5 months at least).
