But now she has gone to Sam and is telling her that she isn't with Jason and Jason pulled away from her after the kiss. The problem is that she will probably tell Sam that her baby is alive before Jason can decide on the best way to do it and how to get the baby back from Tea. Of course before anyone can do anything, Heather will have stolen the baby.

I think she should earn back Jason's trust and not say anything to Sam about the baby. This is Jason' news to tell not hers. I get why Jason didn't say anything to Sam about the baby because who wants to put a mother through grieve when you really don't have to.
On another note, it was very good of Elizabeth to confess so soon. We usually see these people keep secrets forever and most of the time they only tell when they get caught. I admire that she spilled the beans sooner rather than 6 months from now.

I am glad she came clean. But she'd better not tell Sam about the baby and what Jason is doing. That is for Jason to do and if she does.. you know Sam will hate Jason for not telling her. Liz just needs to go home and play with her children for a while and leave everyone else alone!
And yeah, you know that as soon as Jason tells Sam and they go for the baby...Tea will have discovered the baby gone..and that saga will begin and hopefully Sam and Jason will go on the "adventure" to find their baby.
